Welcome to Julys Landscaping. By hiring us for landscaping services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Julys Landscaping offers mulching, yard cleanup, hedge trimming, and general landscaping maintenance within Schuylkill County, PA. We do not provide hardscaping, excavation, or construction services at this time.

All services are performed with professionalism and care. However, the scope of work must be clearly outlined in a quote or written agreement before service begins.

2. Scheduling & Access

Customers must ensure that their property is accessible at the scheduled time. If access is restricted or unsafe, we may reschedule or charge a service fee. We strive to be on time and will communicate any delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payments & Estimates

All quotes are free and based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ significantly from what was described or observed during the initial estimate.

Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, check, and digital payments (please confirm methods when scheduling).

A deposit may be required for larger jobs.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in additional fees or refusal of future service.

We reserve the right to reschedule in case of extreme weather or safety issues.

5. Property Damage

While we take every precaution to avoid damage, we are not responsible for pre-existing issues or hidden hazards (e.g. underground wiring, irrigation, or debris).

Customers are encouraged to mark any sensitive areas in advance. If accidental damage occurs, we will address it promptly and professionally.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the work, please notify us within 48 hours of job completion. We’ll do our best to make it right.

7. Limitations of Liability

Julys Landscaping is not liable for:

Damage caused by weather, pests, or other natural elements after service.

Delays outside our control (weather, materials, equipment).

Services outside of the agreed scope.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services rendered.

8. Use of Website

Use of our website, including the contact form, is at your own risk. Do not submit false or misleading information.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, in compliance with applicable laws.

9. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the most current version.
